My husband ordered this Pozole (hominy stew) of Oyster mushrooms 🍄 and Baby Bella mushrooms 🍄cooked in a traditional chile sauce!! He loved ❤️ it! I took a bite and it was amazing! Perfectly seasoned 😋.
Came topped with shredded #lettuce 🥬 and sliced #radishes . Other toppings came on the side to put as much as to your liking. Diced #onion🧅and #cilantro 🌿, #hotsauces (the lighter red is the traditional for pozole), and an avocado 🥑 salsa 💃🏻!! Tostadas also served on the side to eat with the stew 🍲.
