Poutine with Cremini Mushroom Sauce

Okay I USED to love this dish, but now they only make it with potato wedges/ potato cubes. I used to love this fish when (as you can see in my photo) they used air-fried french fries! It was bursting with flavour and I liked how the fries weren't mealy. Definitely great gravy, but much better before.

I don’t really care for mushrooms but this was something that I know I am going to crave again haha SO GOOD
