These were yummy 🤤 Not your typical #pancakes. Made with loads of #coconut inside, which
made them quite dense and #chewy rather than fluffy. It all somehow worked well! Other than coconut they use cashew milk, oats and coconut oil to make these. Not the healthiest way to start the day but a tasty way for sure! #coconutlover.
You can choose to have them with #berries #berrylover, #banana or bacon (not vegan). Went for berries. They were layered in between each #pancake! That was nice. I think they used frozen blueberries though.
On some pictures you see a small jar with #syrup. This syrup turned out to be honey… 🍯 I tried it, realized and didn’t consume more. Nowhere on the menu does it say it comes with honey, plus they’re labeled as vegan. I told the staff, they seemed confused why honey is not vegan, I called it a day. It would be easy to substitute it with other kinds of sweet, sugary syrup made from plants.
