Pizza Vegana

L'impasto era buonissimo. Veramente. Purtroppo la pizza in se mi ha un po' deluso perché lo chef si è limitato a mettere un sacco di verdure a casaccio sopra la pizza, che risultava un po' secca. Essendo un ristorante famoso, costoso, e con chef stellati, speravo che alla richiesta di una pizza vegana mi avrebbero sorpreso un po' di più (come mi è successo in altri ristoranti e pizzerie in Italia e all'estero). Tutto sommato però la pizza era comunque buonissima, già solo per l'impasto.

A really well made pizza. Taste and appearance are of excellent quality and the cream and vegetables above are always adapted to the season. The price is lower than I expected. Unfortunately this pizza has been removed from the menu but on request you can ask for it. I have no doubt that of the requests increase, they will insert it again.
