Pistachio Cream

Pistachio with coconut cream and mango sauce, caramelised pistachios, mango gelee, and pistachio powder. I find the jellies a bit too sweet. I guess it tries to compliment the not-so-sweet pistachio coconut cream flavor. Overall, it was a great dessert to end a good fine dining experience. #crfsg
