Pistachio Cherry Bundt

I’m down for pistachio anything, but when you add cherry and cream cheese frosting… 🤤 This was just as delicious as I was hoping. The cake has great texture and the cream cheese frosting has no artificial taste that some dairy-free cream cheeses have. I wasn’t sure the chocolate sauce was necessary but it’s subtle and goes nicely!
