Pickled Vegetables

New years eve was spent at a not very vegan friendly restuarnat called Mason in Canggu. While the options were very limited, I was happy woth the picked vegetables. Ended up ordering 2 as they were perfect amount of crunch and salt. The selected vegetables such as carrots, tadiah and cauliflower were good tastes, textures and colour.
