Peruvian Yuca

WOW these yuca “fries” were amazing. They had aji amarillo, castletrevano olives, fried capers, and cilantro. The flavors all went together really well. The yuca was crispy. I would totally get these again and I’m not sharing next time! #yuca #fries #appetizer #vegan
