The ingredients are organic and locally sourced: Organic wheat tortilla with pepita mint pesto, vegan smoked gouda, herb roasted asparagus & crimini mushroom, sweet pepper, vidalia onion. Served with charro black beans*, brown rice*, pico and fresh guacamole. *Not shown in the pictures. NOTICE: the pictures are a step by step process. Also, there was not any corn in the one I had.
