Peanut Butter Cup Parfait

If you haven’t been to Chef Tanya’s Kitchen in Palm Springs before, it is basically a vegan marketplace that sells a variety of grab-and-go options. I found this parfait in one of the refrigerated sections while on a shopping spree and had to try it. Very tasty and light if that’s what you’re looking for. #veganisnotscary 7/90
