Pea and Mint Fritters, Saffron Aioli

Tasty little fritters. I love that they use local producers and growers and seasonal ingredients. There are loads of vegan options and they have cruelty-free, vegan hand wash in the loos and Who Gives a Crap Toilet paper! The staff were brilliant too.
