Super fluffy and delicious pancakes! Served with ice cream and I honestly couldn’t believe that it was fully vegan. Definitely worth a try if you are in Tokyo.

BEST VEGAN PANCAKES EVER!!!🥞 well at least the best that I had!! During my study there, I brought my classmate along to try these pancakes and her not being a vegan, actually really loved it!! Like more than me and requested that we go back again on her birthday which we totally did!! So I'd recommend anyone in Japan to visit Ain Soph if you're looking for pretty good testing foods :) they serve other dishes as well, savoury & non savoury :) they have various chains too so just look up their location :)
