This is the second time I've had the pleasure of eating at The Sustainable Kitchen in Bingham and it was every bit as wonderful as I remembered from last time!
I chose the mushrooms on toast (#glutenfree) which is a very hearty filling dish of two slices of toast, wild mushrooms in a delightful creamy sauce topped with vegan parmesan and micro greens - tasty, locally sourced, zero waste ethics and a wonderful ambience to this restaurant too.
