pain au Chocolat

Not content at just getting the one bit of #bakedgoods I decided I would take away a #painauchocolat to be my #breakfastofchampions the next morning 😉 Same flaky/crispy #pastry, same decadent and #sweettooth pleasing approach to loading in the #chocoholic filling, same joyous outcome 😋 Only problem is that I had to reheat it for myself at home and clearly got the temperature/duration wrong - there should be a nice cover of frosting on top, but it completely melted into and browned up the top surface 😅

Mini pain au chocolate at vegfest. Pretty good with chai

Had it 2 days in a row. So nice and flaky. I wish it had more of the yummy chocolate inside. it’s very tasty!

I could eat this on my own butter it's amazing with hot chocolate 🍫
