before going vegan, this was my favorite noodle dish from any thai restaurant. I love how the clear glass noodles just suck up all the garlic umami flavors. I still love this dish but at #myvegan they do end up putting a little bit too much celery in this dish. you can order this with tofu (in pic) or soy chicken/beef/fish #padwoonsen #thaifood
