Pad Pak Ruam

i admit that it doesn't look like much, but it tasted really good. also it was a huge dish. i ate more than once of it. basically fried veggies with tofu in their homemade sauce. you can choose from different rice varieties. i had mine with black rice. so good! all very fresh ingredients. eur 10.90, which is a lot, but like i said i ate more than once. #veganin2020
