Oyster mushroom calamari

This is amazing! I love this even more than the cauli-pop. The texture of king oyster really reminisces the chewy calamari. I love the rice, chia seed and chickpea batter, gives the dish a very unique touch. It is served with vegan creamy aioli and ketchup. $16.5 for an entree but it is very well worth! I also ask for the chili mayo, goes super well with this dish too. #veganin2020

Delicious. Didn’t really remind me of calamari but that’s ok, they’re super tasty anyway!

This dish was delicious. The oyster mushrooms are deep fried in batter which gives them a lovely crunch, leading into the soft juicy tender mushroom. The batter is flavoured slightly, nothing too fancy but the dipping sauces which are something spicy and an aioli, pair perfectly with the crispy mushrooms. Delicious! #alv
