Just like the previous pizza I reviewed, the dough on this one was perfect 🤌

But the combination was really weird (vegan mozzarella, broccoli cream and porcini mushrooms). If was both a bit tasteless and at the same time, the porcini's flavor was too strong and overpowering. Not sure about that, but the mushrooms were a bit watery and I suspect they were defrosted.. The other one was better, they need to work a bit on their flavor combos for sure. Try to book in advance, as we needed to eat outside on a bench. #tryharder #veganinmilan #veganin2023

Questo bel ristorante si trova in una zona molto centrale di Milano ed è un

piacere arrivarci da via Brisa costeggiando le rovine romane del Palazzo Imperiale di Massimiano, dove c'é anche una colonia felina (Roma non ha l'esclusiva del mix di rovine romane/gatti 😜).
Il locale a pranzo oggi era strapieno e pare sia così tutti i giorni.
Nonostante ciò il personale di sala era efficiente e gentile, e non è poco.
La pizza però non mi ha impressionato altrettanto favorevolmente anche se è bella l'idea di avere una sezione di 3 pizze vegan.
La Broccoli e Porcini è fatta con mozzarella vegana (niente di che, e per niente fondente), porcini trifolati (credo surgelati), crema di broccoli, spinacino e mandorle tostate.
Nell'insieme ha richiesto più dosi di sale perché insipida ed era anche abbastanza bruciacchiata (ma questo a me capita spesso e alla gente in pratica non interessa).
Con impasto integrale è costata 14,50 euro.
