Omni Golden Fish Fillet, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Pine Nut (with Koshihikari Rice)

Delicious and beautifully arranged. For a dish using alternative meat it tastes great. The sweet and sour sauce was a bit too drenched and sweet for me - it made the lettuce too soggy.

The restaurant has two types of plant-based fish, both using the OMNI product. Highly recommend both!

Another sweet and sour dish! The OmniFish is served piping hot with a very crunchy skin, and the sauce isn't slathered all over the fillets which is good since it's quite sweet. My only tiny complaint is that I wish there were more veggies. #veganisnotscary
