
The visual and texture was so similar to egg but the taste was entirely of tofu. I am not complaining, I still loved it!
The omelette, one of Ain Soph signature dishes, is as beautiful as it is succulent. The only thing it has in common with an egg omelette, is its presentation and maybe a bit of the texture but muuuuch better, and obviously without the disgusting aftertaste of eggs. It is so light you could literally eat as much as you want without getting tired of it. It reminds me how superior and fine and creative vegan food actually is.
