This mushroom wonton soup by Norah was easily the ⭐️ of the table! Not only
was it the most photogenic dish, but the flavors and textures of this wonton were spectacular and sooo comforting. The wontons are filled with king oyster mushroom & fried garlic, then topped with yu choy, cilantro, and vegetable consommé. The consommé/broth was velvety and perfect in flavor, and since consommé usually is made using egg whites, I imagine they used Just Egg to create this vegan version since they throw Just Egg in their Pad Thai. I definitely recommend ordering this dish if you find yourself at Norah!
