The dish is very light in seasoning which is very refreshing to eat on a
hot day, where I prefer not to eat something oily or heavy in flavour.
The vegetable in the herbal stock is very fresh and the dish tasted almost like soup, where you can drink the herbal stock on its own or with the vegetable. I could taste a slight natural sweetness and some herb flavour from the stock.
To top it off, the dish comes with some shimeji mushrooms, goji berries and red dates.
