Tried Sushi Tei’s Natto Maki: they’re filled with fermented beans and spring onion. Ordered this because I had never heard of it, and turned out it is good, but nothing more in my opinion. The beans are kinda sticky, likely fermented in a sugary mix, which make the maki too sweet for my likings. Paid $3.20++ for 6 maki. Doesn’t match simple veggie maki with daikon, radish, avocado, or cucumber in my opinion, would rather stick with these options next time I go!
