Mushroom Carpaccio

Thin sliced grilled abalone#mushrooms were the thing here on this starter from Jomno. served with a little #arugula and basil oil. I wasn't overly impressed with anything from this place to be honest but it was a nice starter to share with the table and it was tasty!
