When I last visited WellSmoocht they didn’t have croissants so it came with herbed focaccia instead, still the same signature scrambled tofu and mushrooms in a deliciously herby focaccia that was crispy on the inside to hold the contents in but bready on the outside, so good! 😋 #abillionlove
This is awesome! The “egg” is made of tofu scramble which tastes so nice! You can choose the sides from a few options, and I go for the mini potatoes. Saw that the croissant does not made out of flour, and it may be a bit dry, but I especially love the crunchiness!
This was an interesting dish! The tofu scramble wasn’t really a good dupe for egg, it was a little too crumbly and salty but it paired well with the croissant. The side veggies aren’t very filling, but they are fresh and delicious! A good dish for when you are feeling peckish.
The croissant was wonderful, fluffy and buttery. However the overall dish was a tad too salty for my liking. The seaweed chips are forever awesome though
Not everyday you get a vegan croissant~ thank you for having this! Love the pull to tear texture! Not missing the buttery taste~ I added tempeh for SGD3, just to give the big breakfast feel. Haha.
