Monkeyhead Mushroom Rice

The mushroom in curry was soo good! Highly recommended. Best eaten with sambal or chili padi in soy sauce (if you love some spice!). Can't wait to go and eat this dish again.

Tasty stir-fried monkeyhead mushroom with a teriyaki-ish sauce! A bit more ex at $7 cause monkeyhead mushrooms are costly.
