This consisted of baby lettuce, sliced shallots, dried cranberries, apples, honeynut squash, sweet and crunchy
walnut/pepita granola, 🌱-based parmesan, and shallot vinaigrette. The mix of sweet and savory flavors in this refreshing salad was wonderful.
