Mochi Ice Cream

Mochi Ice Cream are two Mochis (made out of rice) with an ice cream “core” and cream. I love ice cream, mochi and the fusion of both :) definitely a YES! (Mochis are traditionally filled with a cream made out of beans and are considered a dessert)
