I wanted something healthy, delicious, and not greasy and this dish really hit the spot! It has vermicelli, carrot, white radish, tofu, tomato, basil, shallot, leek, peanut, sesame, with garlic & chili soya sauce. The sauce has a kick to it and overall this dish is really satisfying.
