Mexican CHICK'N salad

very hearty salad option. uses the urban vegan chicken shreds. would def order this again. I ordered it as a takeaway hence the box lol

The best dish for any road trip! It’s soooo delicious - generous portion of spicy Mexican rice, a super fresh sweet pepper salsa, black beans, chick’n and some guac to finish it all off. I buy this every single time, although Peregrine deserves praise for its excellent plant-based options. (One small crit: the previous times I bought this, the chick’n had a lovely charred taste and appearance. Nevertheless, this was still good.)

love that peregrine has these vegan options! this was a healthy, flavorful quick option. not the best meal in the world, but filling, healthy, and tasty enough in a pinch!
