Mee Hoon Kueh (Dry)

I love their mee hoon kueh and decided to try the dry version today. It’s great that they give such a generous portion of vegetables and mushrooms in the soup, even for the dry version. The sauce on the noodles is savoury and a bit sour. I personally still prefer the soup version, but will recommend this to those who prefer dry noodles! #abillionturns3

This was surprisingly good! I loved the sauce that accompanied the dry mee hoon kueh. The soup with tons of veggie and mushrooms made it feel pretty healthy and balanced.
