Mediterranean Baked Tofu

This was a good option. Would have liked maybe larger sizes of the tofu instead of small cubes and less sweet potato and a bit more sauce. The broccolini was delicious! Nice to have a plant based option in Summit County! My husband had the meatless meatballs which I’d order next time instead of this.
