Meatball Sub

Tried the Wednesday Special at Ethos in Winter Park, Kissimmee. Great taste and generous proportion. The bread was soft and the meatballs and sauce were flavored well. Very enjoyable, but would recommend the chef to add a bit of herbed bitter or evo oil to the bread to infuse a little extra flavor and moisture. Would order again.
