If only this app allows users to review more than one menu item at the same time. Pictured here are Matcha°1 and Matcha°2 gelato scoops sitting on a bed of freshly made dairy-free waffles. The number denotes the grade of matcha used; the higher the number, the more premium it is. I’ve seen videos introducing Matcha 3-7 gelato in Japan, and as a huge fan of #Matcha°3, I’m dying to know what matcha 7 taste like.
Just yum. I had already ordered that matcha n1 ice cream back in January when I had first been to Hvala and I remember being absolutely stunned by its goodness. Well 5 months have passed but I can gladly say my enthusiasm for this gelato hasn’t faded even a bit. It is creamy, flagrant, sweet (but not the overly kind of sweet), pretty much the ice cream of your dreams. At 5.9++ it is one of the least expensive thing you can get here, but quite pricey already. Though considering the quality it’s worth the price! + It is more filling than you’d expect so I would advise you to get this alone to fully enjoy it!
love the matcha quality at hvala 🌱 not too sweet at all and a very delicate tea flavour 🍵 bit pricey but worth it!!
Legit the best ice cream I’ve had in my entire life. I have never been much of an ice cream lover. But this matcha gelato makes me wonder if I just hadn’t found the right flavour for me yet. Definitely worth the $5.9! The portion is quite big and it’s rather dense so better order this alone (had a delicious matcha goma latte with it and I felt I didn’t enjoy it fully because both were too much - and anyone who knows me knows I have a huge appetite).
