Matcha blondie with gelato

Great for the fudgey brownie fans like me. Not a gelato fan but the matcha paired with brownie made it 💯! Advised to share between 2 people 😃

Sooo decadent 🤤 The matcha blondie was studded with some red beans and was more cakey than fudgy. More on the bitter matcha side than on the sweet side too which worked really well with the creamy oatmilk gelato. No joke this has got to be the creamiest vegan ice cream that I’ve ever had 😍 and it really does taste like milk without being crazily overloaded with sugar *ehem Oatly* #veganisnotscary

This cake taste so good between sweet and matcha bitter taste, the ice cream on top also really good. Will definitely have it again #veganisnotscary
