I love this dish! Make sure to order it without egg (I get avocado instead) or cheese (I forgot this time and had to scrape it off 😟). It is so substantial and so good. It comes with toast and you have to remember to ask for that with no butter, too! I forgot...so no toast for me today. Why is butter automatically added?? Ugh. #uplandspeak
