Marinated Tofu Bibimbap

I love the marinated tofu cubes. Super yums. Overall tasty dish with very delicious warm soup too.

I was in a rush and I needed a really quick and healthy meal at Vivocity. This was the ticket! Came out in minutes, super fresh with lots of veg and chewy tofu. Not the most original thing, but what is? Very enjoyable. Could always do with more gochujang sauce though!

Marinated tofu was flavourful, generous amt of fresh toppings. The sauce was not spicy at all tho :( $8 for this bowl

$7.90 iirc!! asked for less rice and the toppings were SO GENEROUS the rice can’t even be seen HHAHAHA I love this so so much😭 the tofu is marinated beautifully and all the veggies were so fresh. love the gochujang sauce that comes with it (I think they forgot to give it so we had to ask), everything went really well together. 10/10 recommend!!!!!
