Pizzeria Du was a nice find! Fully plant based, their pizza options are to die for.

Super yummy, high quality pizza. The tomato sauce has an amazing flavor, a balance of tangy, umami and sweet. Basil is fresh, herby and vegetal. Olive oil is rich and high quality. The vegan cashew mozzarella has a subtle creamy flavor not unlike dairy mozz. What makes this pizza most unlike non-vegan versions is the texture of the mozzarella. Definitely not stringy and doesn't have a cheese pull. Even so, it was an amazing pizza and the value is phenomenal for the taste.

Very good pizza! We added artichokes to make it a little more interesting.
