Maple BBQ Salad

This consisted of organic kale and cabbage with maple BBQ cauliflower and jackfruit, apple cider vinaigrette, chopped organic apples, vegan cotija, and spiced pepitas. It was lively, refreshing, and nourishing, with a wonderful mix of savory, sweet, and tangy.
