Mac & Cheese with Fry's Nuggets

Mac and cheese but needed to zhuzh it up a bit - added in the tofu skewers they now have, spice and fresh jalapeños. Devine! 💚💛🌱🙌🏼

I'm so disappointed I forgot to add the seitan bacon upon ordering 😭. It is free of charge, but you have to select it as an option when ordering online. Anyways, the Fry's nuggets added a nice touch to this version of mac and cheese. The portion is generous and the consistency is thicker than other versions I've tried. I did find it needing some sort of flavouring from herbs or more seasoning as it is bland. Not the best mac and cheese but great for those days when craving.. 🥣
