Loaded Fries

On this edition of undoing all your good work from the gym, I present to you Sala's richly satisfying #loadedfries option 😁🤭 In truth it's a sharing platter designed for a few people, but since I'd run out of regular menu options to review, I thought I'd go ahead and reload on carbs 😛 If you were to dine-in I'm sure they'd pour the mix of #guacamole, #veganchili, #garlicsauce, #sourcream, #picodegallo, nacho #cheesesauce, and grilled #mushroom all over the #chips, but I got this delivered so they split the wet stuff from the dry. Two containers which were aesthetically pleasing and custom designed for Sala, even if they were single-use 😐 My main grievance would be that the chips were not deep-fried. They herbed them rather well to compensate for the loss of flavour, but frankly when I order chips I want them dirty dirty dirty 😏 But otherwise, a good carb-heavy riot of the usual Sala flavours 😋

The. Best. Loaded. Fries. Ever. It’s the incredible Sala mushrooms - the meatiest, most incredibly flavourful shiitake stems you’ll ever eat. Combine these with hot chips, plant based garlic mayo, nacho cheese, salsa, beans and guacamole and you’ve got a winner of a dish.
