Lo Mein Noodles

Noodles sautéed and tossed with brown mushrooms, snap peas, carrot and cabbage in a savory mein sauce topped with crispy tofu soaked with a lo mein sauce. Excellent flavours and super nourishment.

So delicious but light enough for a lunch time meal without leaving you feeling too full or heavy. Lo Mein noodles with peppers, cabbage and mushroom. Yummy.
