Braised Yam and Vermicelli with Fermented Beancurd Sauce served in Claypot

This is very comforting with the braised yam and fermented beancurd sauce. Loved this dish.

I tried this more than a year ago! Now when I tried it again, the

yam is still the same but I don’t remember it being as well flavoured as it is today

Really liked the taste of this dish, they added fermented beancurd with lots of vermicelli,

yam and cabbage.

$18++. Really soft flavourful yam, only complaint is that the king oyster mushroom chunks are

so damn huge - so hard to bite through
