Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi

I thought it would be vegan by default but it came with eggs and mayo. I had to ask them to redo it without the two which they were nice enough to do. The veggies tasted fresh but it did not stand out.

Requested for no egg/ mayo. I like that it has a good portion of assorted veggies. The bread is good too. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of the dressing, so I probably wont be eating it again. 😅

Perfect vegan sub! The bread was warm, crunchy but soft. The mushroom goes well with the tofu and witha that pickled veggies and cilantro is just absolutely satisfying!

You have to request for this to be vegan. I.e no egg and no mayonnaise. I don’t know if the bread roll is vegan. To be fair it doesn’t describe it as vegan on the menu so it may not be.

To make the sandwich vegan, must say no egg or mayo. Lots of veggies. #crfsg
