Lemon, fruit poppy seed cake with lemon marmalade

On this occasion it was the only vegan sweet available at Sift. sweet and tangy. A tad too sweet and intense for me, but i had divided it over a few afternoons so that kinda worked out. #lemon #lemoncake #vegancake Cafe/bakery in Kew. Not vegan, and they don’t appear to have a fixed daily menu, but their counter would usually have a couple of vg salads, a mushroom roll, and sometimes a vg sandwich. Maybe a slice of vegan cake or donuts. Their salads and breads are really quite tasty. Unfortunately the food is rather pricey here. #Kew #bakery#cafe #expensive Single step entrance.
