Lemon Acai Bowl

I love the citrusy tang from the lemon that is infused into the acai, makes it so much more refreshing and just what I need to cool down on a hot sunny day. This is the second time I’ve had this and I must say that the first time I had it, the acai was creamier, whereas this time it was a bit more icy. Not sure if they changed their recipe or if it was just the blending on this particular day… #veganisnotscary

This acai bowl is unique because the base is acai blended with lemon so it's tangy and sweet at the same time which worked for me! The thick drizzle of cookie butter on top is absolutely delicious 😋
