This chimichanga was delicious! My favorite chimi ever is still probably the black bean chimichanga from Tijuana Flats in Florida, but this is my second favorite! 🥈It has Asada Seitan, refried pinto beans, melted quesillo, Mexican rice, garlic cashew crema, guacamole, grilled peppers and onions. I wish the asada meat was made from soy or something other than seitan because I'm really sensitive to it and could only have a couple bites. It tasted great though and my husband was very happy to finish it. Mis Tacones’ La Chimi is just as tasty as it is photogenic. 😋 😍 Wrapped in a flour tortilla & deep fried, La Chimi consists of asada, jack cheese, refried pinto beans, Arroz Mexicano, house-made cashew crema, guacamole, grilled peppers & onions, and topped with more crema, cilantro & radish. This burrito is no doubt sharable, or you will likely have leftovers if enjoying on your own. Mis Tacones burrito known as ‘La Chimi’ is both delicious and sharable. It consists of plant-based Asada, Jack Cheese, Refried Pinto Beans, Arroz Mexicano, House-made Cashew Crema, Guacamole, and Grilled Peppers & Onions all wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. It is garnished with cashew crema, cilantro, and pickled onions atop.
