Kimchi Gochujang Seaweed Fried Rice

fried rice was very flavourful and the oyster mushrooms(?) were nice & crunchy! wasn’t spicy either but instead i found it a bit salty - might want to add on the miso soup to kind of balance it out

The rice were nicely fried and I can taste the aroma of the sauce. The crispy seaweed added a different texture. The portion is good too.
