Kimchi Dumplings

I must admit I expected these to be spicier because... kimchi... but in the end was glad they weren’t because even my kids got in on the action 🥟🥟🥟🥟 Really delicious and a great accompaniment to the fried cauliflower. Sepial was at the stand and she was super sweet, even gave us one extra! These are solely filled with kimchi (made traditionally) - actually my first time properly trying it. Very interesting flavour and I liked the fact that it was deep fried!
