Key Lime Cheesecake

Being a fan of both key lime pie and cheesecake it was impossible to resist trying this, and that proved to be a really good decision. The texture was ideal and the flavor was the perfect marriage of two dessert classics. This dessert could challenge the notion that nothing is perfect!
